• Independent contract :- Time bound contract.
• Freelance / Project Base contract :- Project or task based contract.

Technical Candidate Screening

Hiring processes are usually quite complicated if you don't have the necessary skill base within the company. Screening not only reduce the time and money you waste on wrong candidate, plus the extra frustration that is added to the development team to deal with interview related post stress.

Remote Technical Interviews

Working remote is the new normal. This post an opportunity to reduce overall cost and but add extended hiring costs for a software position. The old normal in which prior to introducing a candidate for the core team there has many mechanisms in place. Like phone screening, online test followed by on site interviews, if your team is small, and delivery schedules are fixed, handling all interviewing may not be quite right for the overall moral are they the factories themselves. With new normal this all happen together, having an additional layer of vetting increase the probability of hiring the right candidate and not leaving to the non-tech staff to push forward a resume to fulfill numbers.
